Neurologist Perth

Dr Susan Ho is a neurologist with
sub-specialty interest in epilepsy and migraines

I graduated with a degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Queensland.  I am a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) with specialist qualification in Neurology since 1994.  I have had 3 years of sub-specialty training in Epileptology through an Epilepsy Fellowship at Austin Health in Melbourne, working with Professor Samuel Berkovic.  This was followed by a post-doctorate Epilepsy Fellowship at the University of Alabama, Birmingham, USA. I have conducted research work in the field of epileptology and obtained a Doctor of Medicine (MD) through submission of a research thesis entitled “Functional Neuroimaging in the Symptomatic Partial Epilepsies”.  This work has immediate application for the pre-surgical evaluation of patients with medically refractory focal epilepsy.
